Well, everything works, Kwin and Compiz with all the eye-candy, any other 3D app you throw at it, even WINE.
The graphical installed for proprietary drivers in Ubuntu is so easy it's almost a joke!
If you want to use Compiz, disable sync to vblank if you want more than about 6 FPS.
